Standard Shipping is by FedEx or UPS ground 5-7 Days or *USPS
Priority Mail 2-4 day service. If you have a preference, please notify
us when placing your order. We will be happy to ship your order as
you wish. We gladly ship to EPO and APO addresses.
For 2nd Day or Overnight Shipping, Please give us a call: 1-877-878-9882, for orders placed online using expidited shippping, order must be placed by 12:00 pm MST for same day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the following business day. If you need Saturday delivery please call 1-877-878-9882. Expedited orders placed via the website will be delivered M-F only.
Quality Medical, Inc, upon shipment of your product, will notify you
by E-mail (if provided) of the date of shipment and any related shipping
and tracking information that applies when requested. Orders shipped Priority Mail will not have tracking information. Tracking information on orders shipped Third Party will not immediatly be available. If customer declines
insurance, customer bears full responsibility for any loss or damages

Quality Medical Inc. - Return Policy
The goal of Quality Medical, Inc. is your complete satisfaction.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If within 15 days of
invoice date, the product purchased from Quality Medical, Inc. is
defective in material and /or workmanship and you have the original
packaging, in new unmarked condition with all original parts, instructions
and warranty cards, we will exchange the defective product in accordance
with the manufacturers policies less any shipping or handling charges
that may apply.
* You MUST call for an RMA number before
returning any product defective or otherwise to Quality Medical Inc.
Do not refuse your shippment. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted or held by
Quality Medical Inc. We reserve the right to be the sole determiner
of the definition of defective. We suggest that you use UPS or Priority
Mail and for your protection, return the package INSURED and keep your
receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Please enclose a copy
of your original invoice with the package and place the RMA number
on the shipping label for prompt service. RMA numbers expire after 15 days.
After the 15-day period has expired, consult the manufacturer's warranty
instructions enclosed with the product. These returns must be made
through the manufacturer for repairs under their warranty provisions.
Any and all shipping, insurance and handling charges incurred by the
purchaser for warranty service or returns are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser. Any returns for incorrect address, order errors,
items refused upon delivery or for any other reason whatsoever (other
than warranty service) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

the skin, used for oxygen or medication delivery cannot be returned
under any circumstances. This includes cast protectors. These
products cannot be re-sold or used by any other party or consumer.
All Bathroom Safety products and special order items, including
