SilvaSorb Hydrogel - For use with the smallest cut or deep wounds!
Combines a hydrogel's ability to maintain a moist wound healing environment with the benefits of bioburden control.  Utilizes controlled-release ionic silver to provide continuous antimicrobial effect during the entire wear time. Reduces bioburden. Effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi.  MicroLattice™ particles control the release of antimicrobial silver.  Helps hydrate dry wounds, and maintains an optimal moist wound healing environment.  May remain effective for up to three days.(Sheets remian effective for up to 7 days). Cool and soothing, non-adherent. Will not stain wound or surrounding skin.
SilvaSorb Sheets treat flat wounds with dry to moderate exudate.

Maxorb® Extra's non-woven alginate and carboxylmethylcellulose (CMC) fiber combination interacts with wound exudate to form a gel, providing for a moist healing environment. Compared to previous Marorb dressings, Maxorb® Extra has greater loft and fluid handling capacity-25% more than before, and more than the other alginate dressing on the market. The added presence of CMC in Maxorb® Extra improves the gelling and fluid-handling ability as well as adding improved strength. The pad will not wick exudate laterally, reducing the potential for delicate peri-wound tissue damage. The gelatinous pad may be easily lifted in one piece from the wound bed. Dressings are supplied in single pouches or lidded tray. The rope version's lidded tray keeps the fibers from compressing. As a result, fluid handling capacity is increased.

XCell Antimicrobial Cellulose Dressings
XCell Antimicrobial dressings provide active fluid management, providing either absorption or hydration depending upon exudate levels as well as antimicrobial properties through the use of 0.3% polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB), a well-known, broad spectrum antimicrobial. Indicated for use on infected and non-infected wounds, XCell AM specifically reduces microbial bioburden and has been shown to be effective in reducing risk of infection by performing as a barrier. XCell has been found to be non-adherent to the wound surface and provides virtually pain-free dressing changes. Dressings form a protective barrier over the wound, mimicking the body’s natural “blister” process for an optimal healing environment.
